Are you not satisfied with your order? We think this is a pity and we would like to hear what we can do to satisfy you.

You can return your order up to 14 days and we will ensure that the purchase amount is in your account within 10 working days after receipt of the return shipment.

The costs for the return shipment are you, because unfortunately we cannot take on free shipping and return costs.

Step 1: Fill in the return form

Download the return form here and fill it in completely.

Step 2: Send your order to this return address:

Send the items together with the completed return form. Make sure you provide the package with a Track and Trace code. As a broadcaster you are responsible and we do not want any misunderstandings to arise.

Step 3: Receive the purchase amount in your bank account

Once we have received the package, we will ensure that the purchase amount is back in your bank account within 10 working days.
